At The Bunny Haus, we take pride in providing carefully selected products and quality customer service. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Store Credit Only Policy

We do not offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds. Approved cancellations, returns, or order issues may qualify for store credit only.

Fragrance Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes and colognes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We only accept returns or exchanges for fragrance items if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item remains unopened and unused in its original packaging

To report an issue, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Store credit will be issued after the item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by The Bunny Haus

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
